Four days before my daughter's wedding I had my hair colored at another top tier salon and it was a disaster. They made my hair light brown with a Green Hue of blonde highlights. So I returned the next day to have them redo it and they made my entire head of hair black with No Highlights. So I was in a panic now two days before my daughter's wedding.
