The Color Wow Glass Blowout is a must for us GA girls! The blowout includes a humidity spray that lasts for 2 weeks and it has worked AMAZINGLY! Moxie is great!!!! Jewelz was fabulous!!! She is very sweet and knowledgeable (10+ years with the company). She made sure we chose the right color and explained why that color was good for my hair. She recommended a better conditioning treatment and products at the end that I needed. She was so nice to keep my budget in mind and tell me which were the best ones to get with no pressure. I bought 2 different products. The whole staff made me feel welcome and like family. Ashley greeted me when I walked in with a smile. It was the first time in 8 years I have had my hair done and was nervous to try a new place. They made sure I was comfortable. Even called earlier in the day to confirm the services I had booked and make sure that was what i wanted. Won't go anywhere else!

SUCH A THRILL to discover Moxie Salon here in Kennesaw, a high-quality breath of invigorating, high-touch, superb customer service, and top notch hair design fresh air! Moxie is set apart from its competitors in this area in all the right ways -- for starters, telephone customer service wasn't surly or irritated that I called!!!! Imagine being greeted and treated like a high-potential client, with patience, grace, humor, and listening. So, after a very pleasant booking experience (which is all too rare these days) I hoped the blowout experience would live up to the appointment-making experience.
AND IT DID! Tori did a fabulous and meticulous job with my specific blowout requests, and explained products throughout the process. She gave me space, and didn't talk except when needed, and had great answers to every question. Ashli, the manager, was helpful, transparent, eager to talk about the business model that is entirely client-focused, and the early success Moxie is having in their startup days in this great location on Ridenour Road.
The salon has easy parking just off Barrett Parkway, and is sparkling clean, fresh, hip, and designed to focus on the client. Ashli offered me delicious blueberry-flavored coffee, a new choice for me. I'm a new fan, and am delighted to have a high-quality, nearby, professional salon as an alternative to the $80 blowouts the competitors are willing to provide if you make the appointment three weeks in advance. Let's get Moxified!
