Update: I still love this place! I’ve been coming here for about 5 months and am so glad I found it. I’ve seen Angela and Patrice now, too to get my hair done and I’m happy to report that everyone is fantastic. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted here and had my makeup done for my company’s Christmas party and have been nothing but ecstatic.
A little bit of the city in the suburbs! Checked this place out for a blow out and am super impressed. I am thrilled there’s a blow out bar near me and this place didn’t disappoint. Emily took great care of me and I met the owner who was super sweet. They do men’s, women’s and kids cuts and are open 7 days a week which is killer.

I recently visited a new salon in town and had a lovely experience overall!
Pros:
1. The salon is spotless and well-kept.
2. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.
3. It’s a great one-stop shop for a variety of services.
Cons:
1. Haircuts are a bit on the pricier side.
2. Their main focus seems to be on color and blowouts, rather than haircuts.
3. They’re not quite staffed for two-person services yet, but still charge for them.
Andrea was fantastic—she was warm and welcoming, and she did a nice job on my haircut. I opted for something basic, and while I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Moxie if you’re looking for a more specialized cut, they definitely seem to shine in makeup, color, and blowouts.
One thing to keep in mind: there’s a credit card fee for the service, and then another fee for the tip, which is charged separately. It felt a bit outdated and like it puts extra fees on the customer, which was a little surprising in this day and age. Get cash before hand if you can.

I will be honest. At first I was apprehensive with my hair being very textured and coarse and wanting a certain look, but then came along ANGELA! Wowowowoowowowowow! That girl did wonders to my hair with just a blow dryer and curling iron! Listen, Moxie is VERY GOOD! Ashli and David (owners) are very sweet, the stylists cater to your needs💪💪💪 I’m coming back!👏
